We will assist in opening an investigation when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or supplier fulfillment requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
