At North Leaff, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel or personal-use items where hygiene concerns apply

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
